DELIVERY POLICY

At Beswasth, we aim to deliver authentic Ayurvedic wellness products to you quickly and safely.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

  • Shipping Time: After dispatch, delivery usually takes 4–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Shipping Partners: We work with trusted courier and logistics services to ensure timely and secure delivery.

  • Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email/SMS.

  • Delays: We are not responsible for courier delays due to natural calamities, strikes, or public holidays.

Important Note:
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate while placing the order. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may lead to delays or additional delivery charges.

REFUND POLICY

We strive to ensure that every product you receive is of the highest quality. However, refunds will be accepted only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or expired product.

  • You received a wrong item in your order.

Steps to claim a refund:

  • Email us at awalysbeswasth@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and clear pictures of the product and packaging.

  • Once verified, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through your original payment method.

Note:

  • Used, opened, or unsealed products are not eligible for return/refund due to hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Refunds are not applicable for change of mind or minor variations in packaging.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not been processed or shipped.

  • To cancel your order, please email us at awalysbeswasth@gmail.com with your order number.

  • After 24 hours or once your order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.

EXCEPTIONS

  • Products purchased during sales, promotions, or discounts are not eligible for refund/cancellation unless defective or damaged.

  • Slight differences in color, texture, or fragrance are natural in Ayurvedic products and will not be considered valid reasons for return/refund.
