Shipping Policy

For domestic buyers across India, all orders are shipped through registered courier partners and/or India Post.

• Delivery Time: After dispatch, delivery typically takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location and courier partner’s serviceability.
• Delivery Address: All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided at the time of order. Please ensure that the address and contact details entered are accurate and complete.
• Delays: Beswasth is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, postal services, natural calamities, strikes, or other factors beyond our control. Our responsibility is limited to handing over the consignment to the courier/postal service within the committed processing time.
• Order Confirmation: You will receive an order and delivery confirmation via email/SMS at the registered contact details provided during checkout.
• Tracking: Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared so you can monitor the status of your shipment.
